The upcoming workday THIS next weekend was originally scheduled for Sunday the 12th has been moved to Saturday the 11th (missed that Sunday is Easter). Hopefully this will help to draw more workers on Saturday.

Second: Oregon Department of Forestry has put us under some build restrictions starting July 1st, 2009. These restrictions will be in place for the next 2 – 4 years due to funding problems predicted for the next two budget cycles (2 years for each cycle). What does that mean, well we
must have all trail reroutes and structures that are level 4 (advanced) completed by the July 1st deadline! This means we need YOUR help.
It doesn’t mean you won’t see new features after July 1st, we will continue to maintain ALL structures and we can continue to build level 3 and below; this is good news for beginners and intermediates as this will mean more structures and features for your riding skills!
So please, if you can make it, come out for the build day. Bring gloves, boots, and water. We have lots of tools, but if you have a favorite shovel, by all means bring it.
If you are only working, feel free to drive up to basic training. If you are riding, leave your vehicle down in the normal parking lot.
